My name is Miriam LaCourse. It's my aspiration to have a job that involves working with computers and art, such as graphic design, advertising, animation, or web developement. I've already had some experience with web developement, as it's a part of my job. I like to draw and have used Photoshop in the past to color drawings and to edit phtos. I took Electronic Publishing and Design to develope skills in InDEsign, Photoshop, and using XHTML and CSS. I made this webpage to display the images I've made in the class with my new knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop, and to do so through a webpage I made from scratch with what I learned about XHTML and CSS in the class.
My hobbies aside from wed/graphic design are swing and blues dancing, painting, playing ukulele, singing, and hanging out with my huge family and friends.
