Need help with CSS?
w3schools is probably the best website for help with CSS. The design of the site is very functional and organized and it is super easy to find the exact topic you need help with. I've never never had a CSS question that this site couldn't answer.

Trouble with Photoshop?
PShero has a wide variety of very great PhotoShop tutorials. It's easy to search the site to find just the right one. They have great tutorials for both messing with images as well as text. Very fun to just skim through the tutorials too, you can find some really fun and interesting ones!

Just starting out?
webmonkey is a great place to view templates for webpages so you can use the code and make your own. It helped me practice when I was first learning HTML and how CSS worked. Great for learning, you can just steal the templates and tweak things to figure out what does what. Then, you'll be able to make your own from scratch. It also has a very useful color chart.
